A group of 10 pupils from Levenmouth Academy took part in the Young Enterprise Trade Fair at the Kingdom Shopping Centre, Glenrothes, as part of their ongoing Young Enterprise journey. The event brought together schools from across Fife to showcase and sell products developed throughout the year.

The aim was to help pupils build confidence, selling skills and enterprising thinking by giving them direct experience of trading with members of the public. The team will also go on to compete at the Fife Finals.

Collaborative Partners

Young Enterprise Scotland has supported the school for the past 10 years, providing resources, guidance and links to local business advisers to help pupils set up and run their own company. As part of the programme, pupils also learn about securing shareholders and managing a business from start to finish.

Kingdom Shopping Centre gave pupils the opportunity to operate in a real retail environment, meet the public and sell their products in a live setting.
