The Get Ready for Careers with RCN Nursing Cadets programme is a great opportunity to learn more about working in healthcare, develop your knowledge and explore potential career pathways. Delivered in partnership with RCN Nursing Cadets, the programme will introduce you to a range of important healthcare topics while helping you build skills and confidence for your next steps.

Who Can Take Part?
- Aged 16-30
- Currently unemployed, or underemployed and working fewer than 16 hours per week
- If in education or training, attending fewer than 12 hours per week
You’ll also receive support from a Youth Development Lead throughout the programme, with continued support to help you progress towards a positive next step after completing the programme.
