Aquarius Contact Centres is looking for a friendly and confident Customer Service Advisor to join its team in Dunfermline, working evenings and weekends. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, is confident communicating over the phone and is looking for flexible part-time work. Full training will be provided to help you develop your skills and feel confident in the role.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer enquiries in a friendly and professional way
- Help resolve customer issues and complaints
- Process orders and keep customer records up to date
- Provide a high standard of customer service
- Follow company processes and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- A clear, friendly and professional telephone manner
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
- Good problem-solving skills
- Patient, customer-focused and keen to help others
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
