DYW Fife plays a key part in the delivery of the Young Person’s Guarantee.
We are employer led and it’s our priority to make it easier for employers to connect with young people in schools and colleges across Fife.
It’s a team effort to support young people to prepare for the world of work. Through DYW Fife, employers can provide inspirational opportunities for young people to help them understand and develop the skills they need to succeed.

Our aims:
To facilitate meaningful engagement between employers and education, building relationships with our partners and networks to positively impact and engage wider communities in Fife
To develop employability skills, support those furthest from positive career destinations or career pathways and ignite opportunities for all of Fife’s young people to flourish in the world of work
To engage with stakeholders to add value to the national employability programme through DYW Scotland and improve employability for Scotland’s young people
Support employers to generate a sustainable pipeline of talent and skills, get closer to the next generation of Fife talent and recruit apprenticeships and trainees – all whilst building relationships in their local community
