The Role
As a Business Support Graduate Apprentice, you’ll work closely with the Client Sales Lead and Operations team, supporting a wide range of business activities while developing your skills through on-the-job learning and university study.
Key Duties
- Provide customer service and client support
- Assist with sales, marketing, and social media
- Support training administration and coordination
- Communicate with clients and internal teams
- Contribute to the smooth delivery of training services
