Shine Time Cleaning are currently looking at hiring a new Admin/Staff Support Assistant to work Part Time as part of the daily operations. Main roles include maintaining the official Shine Time Cleaning inbox and client records as well as being the main point of contact for staff.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9am till 1pm)
Contract: Permanent, Part Time @ 25 hrs per week
Salary: £13.50ph

Desirable criteria
● Experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry
● Experience with scheduling and coordinating staff or appointments
● Knowledge of invoicing or using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
Familiarity with health & safety or compliance documentation
