About the Role
Duties required within this role include:
- Answering the phones
- Processing sales orders.
- Creating shipping documents
- Creating carrier lines through our courier website.
- Dealing with mail.
- Responding to emails
- Greeting of any visitors to site.
- Communicating with production staff.
- Keeping work area clean and tidy.
Requirements
- Mus be a good communicator.
- Friendly and approachable
- Good telephone manner – you must be a clear speaker
- Good attention to detail
- good time management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Experience of social media
Training will be provided.
