About the Role 

Duties required within this role include:

  • Answering the phones
  • Processing sales orders.
  • Creating shipping documents
  • Creating carrier lines through our courier website.
  • Dealing with mail.
  • Responding to emails
  • Greeting of any visitors to site.
  • Communicating with production staff.
  • Keeping work area clean and tidy.

  • Good telephone manner – you must be a clear speaker
  • Good attention to detail
  • good time management skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience of social media

Training will be provided.
