The role objective is to drive DYW awareness across the Fife business community to enable employers from all sectors – small, medium and large – to consider how they can support the Young Person’s Guarantee and the 5 key areas.
Engage with current member companies to keep them informed of all the services and engagement opportunities available to them and increase their level of engagement with DYW Fife and local schools, supporting them to build sustainable partnerships.
Develop a pipeline of potential new DYW business participants by cold calling, attending Fife Chamber and other events, securing support from other business support agencies and forming a network of DYW advocates or champions to generate leads, introductions and referrals.
Manage the pipeline of prospects, secure meetings and convert them into DYW Fife participants.
Manage a small budget to develop and deliver specific DYW events, produce marketing materials and case studies to stimulate DYW awareness and participation.
Carry out other activities when required to support the delivery of other DYW projects, programmes and services including quarterly catch ups with DYW School Coordinators, working with the Marketing Team, undertaking training for DYW Fife CRM Team, Representing DYW at Career Fayres and external events including Chamber events and performing Quality Assurance of the ‘Young Person Guarantee’ Forms.
