Electricity Asset Services (EAS) is looking for a Trainee People Team (HR) Administrator to join our growing, family-run business. This is a great opportunity to start a career in HR, gaining hands-on experience in a supportive and structured environment.

The Role

You’ll provide administrative support to the People Team, helping ensure a positive employee experience and smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Key Duties

  • Provide general HR administrative support
  • Maintain accurate employee records and files
  • Support onboarding, inductions, and leavers
  • Assist with letters, documents, and meeting preparation
  • Respond to employee queries professionally
  • Support absence, payroll, and HR processes
  • Carry out data entry and document management

About You

  • Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and IT skills
  • Professional and able to handle confidential information

No experience required (interest in HR or admin is a bonus)
