Hours: 40–45 hours per week
Electricity Asset Services (EAS) is looking for three Trainee Jointers to join our growing, family-run team. This is a great opportunity to start a career in the electrical industry, gaining hands-on experience and structured training.
The Role
You’ll work alongside experienced Jointers, supporting the installation and maintenance of electrical cables while developing the skills and knowledge needed to become fully qualified.
Key Duties
- Assist with cable installation, jointing, and terminations
- Support daily site tasks, briefings, and risk assessments
- Learn to follow work instructions and complete documentation
- Use tools and equipment safely
- Work as part of a team across various outdoor sites
About You
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Reliable with good communication skills
- Team player with a strong focus on safety
No experience required (practical or site experience is a bonus)
