Hours: 40–45 hours per week
Electricity Asset Services (EAS) is looking for a Design Trainee to join our growing, family-run team. This is a great opportunity to start a career in design, gaining hands-on experience and structured training within the electrical industry.
The Role
You’ll support the Design Team in developing safe and compliant designs for underground electrical networks, while building your skills through practical experience and mentorship.
Key Duties
- Assist with preparing and updating design drawings
- Use design software to develop plans
- Support site visits where required
- Maintain accurate design records and documentation
- Learn industry standards and best practice
About You
- Eager to learn and develop a career in design
- Reliable with good communication skills
- Team player with basic IT skills
No experience required (knowledge of drawings, maps, or software is a bonus)
