Hours: 40–45 hours per week
Electricity Asset Services (EAS) is looking for three Trainee Civil Operatives to join our growing, family-run team. This is a great opportunity to start a career in civil engineering with structured training and hands-on experience.
The Role
You’ll support experienced operatives on site, learning how to safely deliver projects while developing your skills and confidence.
Key Duties
- Assist with day-to-day site work
- Follow health & safety procedures
- Support risk assessments and briefings
- Learn to read drawings and work instructions
- Complete basic site documentation
About You
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team
- Reliable with a positive attitude
- Basic health & safety awareness
No experience required (construction experience is a bonus)
