Realm Construction is a Lochgelly based Civil Engineering & Groundworks contractor (part of the Purvis Group of Companies).

As a Business Administration Modern Apprentice, you’ll receive full training, competitive salary of £15k pa and a fantastic opportunity to build a career with an established local company.

Key duties:

  • Sales & Purchase Invoice processing
  • Co-ordinating & storing data (scanning, filing and archiving data)
  • Liaising with customers & suppliers
  • Support departments with their day to day administration tasks
  • Handling telephone & email queries
  • Dealing with incoming & outgoing mail
  • Top up photocopiers with paper & toner
  • Book meeting rooms & prepare for Teams/in person meetings
  • Assist with procurement
  • Assist with consumables stock control
  • Holiday cover to support the wider team
  • Completing a modern apprenticeship in Business Administration (SCQF Level 5 in Year 1, SCQF Level 6 in Year 2)
  • The candidate must have the following skills & qualities:
  • A mature & confident approach
  • Experience using Office 365
  • Organisation skills & able to use own initiative
  • Capable of picking up, and applying, new ideas and concepts quickly
  • Numerical skills (a strong grasp of maths/admin/business studies are essential)
  • Excellent timekeeping & attendance record
  • Communication & customer service skills
  • Problem solving skills & able to multi task
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
